From 2026, confirmed occupancy counts every eligible booking regardless of posted payment (labelled "confirmed booked" in tooltips); earlier months keep the original paid-guest basis. Unconfirmed holds are always shown separately. Prior-year comparisons appear only when comparable data is available, and always compare on the paid basis.
